About
Alloy Steel Radial Tee
Product overview combined with Alloy Steel material context for project selection.
The Radial Tee has an inner sleeve that directs the pig through the main line past the branch. Perforated holes in the sleeve and annular cavity provide a flow area at least equal to the flow area of the branch line, permitting full product flow through the tee during normal operation.
To ensure their performance in most environments we are internally and externally fusion bonded epoxy coated to a minimum thickness of 250µm in either WRAS approved Blue (Potable water) or Red (Sewage). In addition in special circumstances alternative coatings may also available on request. we offer a comprehensive range of fittings in diameters with a number of jointing options.
Manufacturing note
We are a specialized fitting that facilitates passage of pipeline pigs past tee connections where flow bypass often leaves pigs stranded, without restricting product flow.
Typical applications
- Power Generation
- Thermal Power Plants
- Refineries
- Petrochemical Plants
- Oil & Gas
