About

Copper Alloy Buttweld Fittings

Product overview combined with Copper Alloy material context for project selection.

Nascent fittings is a reputed manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of Buttweld fittings which are used in industrial pipe systems to change direction, branching and to mechanically connect equipments to the system including high temperature conditions like furnace.

Manufacturing note

The primary purpose of a Tee is to make a 90° branch from the main run of the pipe. Standard there are 2 possibilities, on behalf of the equal tee and reducing tee. The equal tee (or straight tee) is used as the branch has the same diameter as the run-pipe. The reducing tee (or Unequal Tee) is used as the branch has a smaller diameter as the run-pipe. The Buttweld reducing Tee fitting has a branch port that is smaller than the pipe run. The equal Tee is needed where the branch has the same diameter as the pipe, but when the branch has a smaller diameter than the run pipe, a reducing Tee is required. Furthermore, it can also consider the effect size reduction from one of the run ports to the other.
